Agent Representative Course
The Australian Institute of Property is a Trading name of ACBD PTY Ltd RTO No 40908.
This course is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required to gain employment as a Real Estate Agent. The course contains 3 units that develop the required competence to work in a Real Estate environment and addresses the key legal, ethical sales and property management components required to work as a Real Estate Agent.
This course will be delivered over a period of three months. However the course length may be adjusted to accommodate clients learning requirements.
This course is delivered via Distance learning study mode. Students are provided with learning materials to develop knowledge and understanding. This includes a mixture of theoretical information and tasks. Students’ progress through the Learner Guide and attempt tasks then submit these to their Trainer for feedback. Students are supported by Trainers throughout the course and can contact them for assistance.
Assessment includes a combination of written tests and practical activities that require the application of knowledge and skills in various contexts. Student’s competency against the unit of competency specifications is assessed during each unit undertaken throughout the course. Students are provided with opportunities for re-assessment if they fail to demonstrate competency during assessment tasks.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
However students must demonstrate basic language, literacy and numeracy skills during enrolment.
It is beneficial if students have access to a Real Estate/ Property Services or other relevant workplace to be able to apply learning and undertake assessments.
On successful completion of this course clients may progress onto the following course/s:
CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or other related Property Services courses.
This qualification may provide entry into employment in the following role/s:
Real Estate Agent’s Representative
This course is delivered via Distance learning and students do not attend classes.
Course Start Dates
The Australian Institute of Property offer courses throughout the year to suit client requirements.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT)
All students are provided with the opportunity to have their prior learning and experience assessed and gain recognition for this.
Students who have successfully completed whole units of competency with another Australian Registered Training Organisation that are identical to any of those contained within this course can apply for Credit Transfer.
Both processes allow the student to reduce the time, study load and cost associated with achieving this qualification
On successful completion of this course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment indicating that they have successfully completed the units of competency contained in the course.
